Haven’t we all felt stresed at some point in out life ? Or hasn’t the anxiety reached dangerous highs in another point ? That strange feeling that some times feels like fear but it is not fear but can limit us the same and in the end what is anxiety and what is stress because most people believe it’s the same thing.

It's just like when a person is in depression, it's a very troubled time, a person doesn't understand anything and the only thing a person wants is to do something with themselves and this life is completely over.
