those were some strict measure to follow...and I appreciate people who take allsteps for getting better....I follow a fruit diet once a week and it helps a lot.

What fruits do you eat? What else do you do?
During fasting, I rely on apple or papaya....or sometime orange juice...it is a good prslsctice...in case i am.travelling onnthat day, then i carry . Fox nut....rest infollow the same usual dsily routine..and never felt tired....next day i feel mlre energetic...it is kind of giving a break to our biological system
