Good information, but why didn´t you mention the @dustsweeper service? It comes in very handy for small accounts and actually for everybody.
E.g. if I get an upvote of 0,01 for a comment, it is lost as you have pointed out. But if I have stashed up some Hive to the @dustsweeper account, the bot will upvote that same comment to such a level that the 0,01 upvote is not lost! Very convenient!

I mentioned it in passing because I haven't used it in a while and I wasn't sure if it's still operational or if it improved since the last time I used it. But I linked to it for anyone who wants to find out more.
