IDEAL PLACE TO LIVE || DAY 16 OF 30 DAYS BLOGGING CHALLENGE

Life has given us the opportunity to think and analyze the perfect place we want to live in. It could be in areas of how the building structure is or about the environment itself.

Today's topic of discussion talks about: IDEAL PLACE TO LIVE and to find the perfect place, the are some consideration needed to be taken.

The following are what I would consider before choosing a place to be ideal for me.

1. COST OF LIVING: This is a very important factor for me to check on before moving to a new environment/Country. I will need to know the cost of having a house or the average cost need to rent a place to live there, the cost for feeding, cost for groceries, utilities and transportation. All this are what to put into consideration.

2. EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES: This is another important factor to consider an ideal place to live. Does the Country I am going to have jobs that pays salary enough for me to pay for my living expenses and get my personal wants or to even check if the country have jobs at all. Without having this factor then the place cannot be ideal enough for me.

3. TRAFFIC & EASE OF TRANSPORTATION: I come from lagos Nigeria where I use about 4 hours in TRAFFIC in the morning before getting to work and then 6 hours in Traffic before getting home. My life is in a frustration because of that. So in choosing an ideal place, one must check how easy it to to commute to work either taking a public transportation or moving with a personal vehicle.

4. WEATHER/CLIMATE CONDITIONS AND HISTORY OF NATURAL DISASTERS: This is a very important factor needed to be checked for us not to migrate to a place that will end up getting us sick or putting our lives in danger.

You should ask yourself, can you cope more in the heat or in the cold? Then use your answer to find which area goes to your preference. Moreover, going through the history of natural disasters that has happened in that area is crucial. If it's a place that has a common history of tsunami, earthquake or anything, then ask yourself if you can cope with it.

5. CRIME RATE: If I am to move to a place, I would prefer moving to a place where my belongings has an higher chance of safety. I believe there is no place that is truely safe but checking the crime statistics of a country is crucial towards finding an ideal place.

6. EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM: Being a student or not, the educational system of the place has to be solid. Due to the reasons that one could decide to futher his/her education in the place or could decide to start a family and needs to send the kids to school, therfore the education system is a important factor in choosing an ideal place.
