Basket of 15 Cryptos as of 09/04/2023

Most of the week, we've seen sideways action in the markets and only in the past 24 hours have we seen a nice pump with ETH leading the way.

The basket value this week increased $600 with pretty much everything finishing up. I'd expect our basket value to go sideways for a few more weeks, it could increase/decrease by $500 a week but in crypto, thats sideways. It might be a good time to rebalance soon.

HIVE is very strong this week, up over 5% and it's outperformed our basket which results in a lower book value per XV token. With a few more weeks until we are halfway through if we can hold over 2 HIVE per token until then, i'd consider it a win.

We finish this week on 21k HIVE profit, down 2k HIVE from last week. We will smash through that 25k target someday, we've had 6 weeks of bouncing between 20-25k profit for 6 weeks already so im hope something is going to happen sooner rather than later.

Round-Up

Strange week, mostly sideways all week and then a pump the past day. Even in the time it's taken me to write this report, the market has taken a turn into the red with around half of the top 100 red. Damn, everything is so fast within crypto. Im traditionally a silver stacker and seeing a 2-3% move in a day does not happen that often. In crypto, things can pump are dump 10%+ in an hour.

Anyway, im feel the market will go sideways for a while before we see another proper multi-week pump. After the BTC halving maybe, there normally is a dump after this happens, infact it happened before the event last cycle and BTC dumped pre-halving.

We'll still be here for another 59 weeks!
