Basket of 15 Cryptos as of 30/04/2023
I have been planning to do a basket rebalance but I cant seem to find a good spot. We need a week are 2 of calm sideways action before the rebalance because I feel this is the optimal time before things either pump are dump again.
A big hit this week with the basket's crypto losing around $1100 in value. This is the first total red week where every crypto we hold has gone down. We've had bad weeks where 10-13 go down and 2-5 go up but never total red. Maybe the bullrun bubble has popped. I see articles about this and think they are hilarious. I should not FUD.
BTC and ETH are doing good, BNB and SOL are killing it and few a not doing so well. ARB, MATIC and INJ spring to mind but every donkey has its day 😏
The XV token book value is 2.27 HIVE each this week, down from 2.29 HIVE last week. That's sideways which is cool, that means HIVE and our basket moved pretty much in sync the past week.
Im sure you could ave guessed we're down some HIVE value this week. Not too bad, just under 500 down. The above chart is not the total value of the basket in HIVE, its only our profit 🎉
We'd need alot of really bad weeks to put us into the red. With just over 1 year left, it could happen but i'd bet my money we'll go the other way and increase more.
Round-Up
Fairly standard week. I will get a rebalance done soon, it's starting to bug me a little. The longer I leave it the harder it is because more time equals more out-of-sync/allocation.
Just throwing this out but I'd really love to use the auto-rebalance tool on Binanace again. What would be your thoughts on that?

Thanks for the update. It's good to see the basket still performing well despite the market's wonky movements. It's understandable if some of the coins are in the red. As to the rebalancing, I believe you will do great with it 😉
