Why SPI Never Burns Out!

Hello SPIers, today we look at how SPI can keep going and going without ever burning out. We've all witnessed hive-engine tokens that have launched with the greatest of visions only to watch them die off, get rugged or watch the operator burn out.

What makes SPinvest different?

How SPI is operated is the main reason, from the model to the time allocated for each task. Running SPI, EDS and DAB all at the same time would sound daunting to most people but if the operator can manage their time while and use whatever is at their disposal to do so, it's pretty easy. Putting more hours into something prelaunch will result in fewer hours required after launch. The model is also super important, if you start with a crap model, your gonna end with crap results.

Each project has short and long-term tasks. Short-term tasks might be uploading a weekly report, converting earned HE tokens into HIVE, paying someone for work, sending/saving funds for long-term goals, research, answering people's questions etc. Long-term tasks would be to maintain SPI's reputation while increasing the fund value, increasing the dividends, and increasing SPinvest's reach on HIVE. The short-term tasks help us complete our long-term tasks. Our recent BTC to HIVE trade is an example of a long-term task.

Time management is the most important thing. I use Excel spreadsheets to track everything and they save alot of time. You might spend 4-10 hours building one before a project launch but you can automate alot of stuff that will save your hours in the future. Eg, update the prices of 30 investments with a simple "F5" click cause I took the time to watch a 6-minute YouTube video and learned how. 6 minutes back then has saved me 10 minutes a week since because I dont need to check 30 different investments manually. When im creating a project or thinking of an idea, the time to operate it is always something I heavily consider.

I use post templates for all SPI, EDS and DAB reports. To these, I upload charts and add my input/thoughts. The result is a 50/50 mix of template/fresh content. I like using templates because it saves time and I think it helps the investor because the structure never changes and they know where to look in any report to get the information they need. It takes me 10-30 minutes to complete a report after the Excel sheet is updated.

I allocate 90 minutes a day during the week and 3 hours during the weekend to SPinvest. I often spend more time doing stuff but all my tasks can be done within these times very easily. Sunday is my busiest day with 3 reports to complete. Because I stick to these timeframes and the input is always worth the output, I never burn out even when im not in the mood and would rather be in bed watching a movie, haha. I can get away with under 30 minutes some days because most things run themselves and we're long-term investment which requires little to no daily input.

Results

I put out a post a few days back showing that SPI tokens were up 5.3x in terms of HIVE and over 14x up in terms of dollars over the past 5 years. If you had invested $100 into SPI within the first year of launch, your investment would be up 1375% which is equal to compounding at 70% for 5 years.

There are other investment tokens out there on HIVE but were our their results? Where is the growth? Where is the commitment and consistency to finish what they start?

Not getting instant results puts alot of people off. They think, im only making a few HIVE and it's not worth it. True burnout is not spending too many hours doing something, it's not getting the results you thought you would which demotivates you into you not wanting to do it. Once you hit that point off "Why bother?" are your mind is blank for new ideas, your burned out.

The result of burnout is sloppily run projects where the operators do the bare minimum to keep them going. They fall off their original goal, stopping communicating with investors, assets never increase, div yields decrease and they die a slow and painful death over years.

Because SPI, EDS and DAB all have simple transparent models and roadmaps with bite-size targets, we're always winning which is very motivating. Only in the past month, we did our BTC trade, eds-vote has grown to over 270k HIVE and we've doubled our SPI weekly HIVE dividend. It's hard to not be motivated when we're always winning. You might think, it's a bull market and everyone is winning but even during the bear market, we converted HIVE into HBD all the way down to 50 cents, stacked up over 13k HBD which was earning us over 200 HBD a month in interest. We're always winning and thats why be easy to do and never burnout.

What do you think SPI's Secret Sauce is?
And why do you think so many investment projects on HIVE underperform and die off?
