Hello and welcome to this SPinvest post
SPinvest is a tokenized investment fund/club for all users of social blockchains. Everyone is welcome! The concept of SPinvest is to get rich slowly by using time tested methods of earning, saving and compounding long term. This lets SPinvest offer an ROI of 20% per year on SPI tokens. We encourage long term investing on and off the blockchain. We hope someday everyone will HODL some SPI tokens that can be bought directly from @spinvest are through the steem-engine are dex.steemleo exchanges.

.

It's been 319 days from SPinvest Launched

The whole project sure has come along way from an idea only 10 months ago. A lot has happened in this short amount of time, we have changed the game and been the pioneers of STEEM now HIVE investment tokens. Some have tried to copy but can't complete and failed before they even got started. Let's have a look and see what can change in crypto land (STEEM) in 319 days.

When SPinvest sold its first SPinvest token

The price of STEEM was 37 cents, tribes & SE tokens were just released, SMT'S were just around the corner (still waiting), news dapps were being released almost on the daily for anything you could think of and the community knew the STEEM token was undervalued and would gain traction as time marched on. The whole community was buzzing with the arrival of these new SE tokens and airdrops, it was like free money for a while. Most important, we were 1 community even with the oldsteem/newsteem wars.

Spinvest was issuing thousands of tokens every week, sold 10k in the first month for 1 STEEM each. Jacked the price up 10% and sold another 15k the next month. It got to a point where i would not be shocked to come back from my real job and see 2-5k tokens sold in the 9 hours i was away. Earnings were brilliant as well, we could easily fill lease requests on release for 20% all day and arranged a few bigger leases at 22% privately. With post rewards and tribe token earnings on top, SPinvest was able to increase it's asset holding's by 35% within the first 6 months.

Something changed in November, STEEM had been at under 15 cents are months already, tribes were failing, nothing that had been promised from STEEM devs was getting done and active user numbers were dropping. STEEM was dieing until........we got word of a possible Justin Sun rumours. From this time, SPI token sales dropped like a stone, nobody was buying directly and others were undercutting SPinvest on the exchange so no tokens issued. From November until the HIVE hard fork, little changed. The total fund sat valued at around $10-13k over those 2-3 months.

After HIVE

The SPinvest token tripled in value overnight while every other token on SE dropped 30-90%. The day of the HIVE fork was a blood bath day on SE for everything expect SPinvest token holders due to the simple fact that SPinvest is backed by actual assets and we'd just received 84k HIVE tokens.

Since the hard fork, we have started to power down our STEEM balance with the plan to convert it into tether and then BTC and other investments. We have completed to token swap from SE to HE a few days and changed the rules to the game. SPinvest has a hard cap of 100k SPinvest tokens of which all are in circulation with a small balance of 3000 reserved to use for a flash sale in 6 months. All SPinvest token holders also receive weekly dividend paid to them in HIVE and the value is only going to increase as we earn on HIVE and compound off-platform investments.

As far as community goes we either had to pick between STEEM being run be JS are HIVE being run by newsteem. With other people's hard-earned money i don't trust either and i think others agree and only see STEEM/HIVE as a place to dump content to collect rewards. How many of your comments are replied back to when you leave an on a random post? It's upload and collects, there is no interaction between. The front ends of both chains are identical and mirror each other. I thought the fork was mirrored to the STEEM balances at the time of the snap, i did no the whole ecosystem would be mirrored. I mean i think it's time proved that a blogging platform is not working, maybe something like twitter are Snapchat that actually has hundreds of millions of users, mainly teenagers that like dropping 5-15 short uploads per day. How many teens of on HIVE? Anyways, that turned into a rant. My point is we are witnessing a motivated community turn into a divided community that doesn't care as much as they once did. The earning potential is the same for SPinvest as so matter really.

Financially we are doing pretty good. We actually seen the total value of the fund go to over $106,000 at one point when HIVE was mooning a few weeks back. Since then we have all seen that it floating around the 35 cent mark which is excellent for free. In the coming weeks, we will explore blockchain gaming hoping that some members will play and run accounts to increase our earnings. We also have had a project that i and taskmaster were working on just as HIVE happened and put a fork in our plans. We'll be exploring that and dropping some information in that soon. For the next week are so all i plan to do is watch the Bitcoin price and wait for it to go under $8000 so that SPinvest can buy .85 BTC to make up full Bitcoin. It's a hard job but someone's gotta do it :)

Let's see what happens within the next 319 crypto days!!!

To everyone that called SPinvest a scam, said they could do what im doing better themselves and even called SPinvest a shit token doomed to fail
Well, it's not my fault some people cant understand simple concepts are, some people are too paranoid to believe someone would run a project like this as a non-profit. It's tried to convince you big then but im not selling tokens anymore so..................
image.png

100,000 SPinvest tokens issued
77,082 STEEM raised in the token sale
100% backed by sellable assets
One of only 5 at most SE/HE tokens to increase in price consistently
54k STEEM
86k HIVE
0.15 BTC
over $8000 in Tether
and about $4000 split between other stuff i can't even remember
Earning over 500 HIVE a week between on and off-platform
28% ROI on our HIVE POWER balance

I'd like to see someone hit these sort of numbers. They are not massive numbers but bigger than any of my haters have ever posted.

That's an awesome recap. In some ways it feels like a lifetime, in other ways it has passed so fast. I think I bought in from week 1, not sure.

I think we have put together something to be proud of, and I can't wait to see what the next 319 days brings.

Thanks SSUK for everything you do here.

JK.

Hahah I feel as if everything that recaps Steem is "SMT's (still waiting)" and will continue to be for a long time even on Hive. Will it ever exist? Who knows.

Solid recap and progress though! I liked the idea up until I had to give my actual information and sign a contract. No bueno for me but that's just me. Seems like you've got some good stuff going though, so I help you out with some votes when I can!

Thanks for the nice worded reply.

The partnership agreement was a must to keep most people minds at ease but i understand why a few people never signed it, you are not alone there.

I should have to keep a dairy, i think sometimes i will be able to write a book about SPinvest, lol.

Thank you for your continued support my friend.
