Thoughts about our salary structure : Celebrities earning more than doctors and teachers

The question "if I think" shouldn't be up as an option because at this point, it is not my thinking again but rather "I know."
Actors, athletes and artistes (the entertainment industry guys) makes way higher than what teachers and doctors make.

Anything contrary to that means that all I've been seeing on news especially about athletes wages and the rest are false which I don't think are.

Teachers aren't even up to the scale because they earn way way lower than any profession you can think of... In my country though.
*Doctors, well yes, maybe up for a debate.

Imbalances in judgement:

You Have To Prove Yourself And Prove Your Skills.

A lot of persons will raise the argument that everyone receives a pay based on the skill he or she has and can offer, but, the imbalance in this sentence is that a doctor in his prime/apex still earns far lower than an athlete, actor or an artist in their prime/apex
So what exactly is the cause?

Who Pays Who?

The entertainment industry gets paid by the streams and the data a lot of persons burn to watch them which obviously is the reason they earn higher but have you ever thought?

What if the teachers refuse to render their services pending when they receive such hive salaries?

What if doctors refuse to treat patients till they see their patients pay millions?

Fairness

Talking about fairness,
Well, what I think is that everyone should be paid handsomely well.

No doubt, the entertainment industry helps keep us out from insanity when frustrated and it's a very great job they are doing.

So for me, fairness will be them receiving their huge payment while doctors and teachers receive top up in their respective salaries.

I'm in no way an advocator to reducing the salaries / wages of the entertainment industry guys because they also deserve to be paid handsomely, but then, don't teachers deserve that also? Don't doctors deserve that also?

Like c'mon, we are talking about the core professions to better living.

The teachers guide us through from way back kindergarten and teach us all we need to know academically.
These academic's knowledge are applied in our daily life to life activities and helps us survive which makes the teachers unarguably the mother to every other profession including actors, athletes and artistes, so why would people they guided to their path receive not just higher salaries than they do, but rather, receive what they can't even afford till they retire?

The doctors, oh yes, mothered by teachers springs out to be the profession that improves the quality of life.
Thousands of actors, athletes and artistes have been saved by various medical procedures and a lot of them are still here because they got quality Medical services from doctors, yet, they receive more than doctors who make sure that they are always in good shape health-wise to play their role, does it make sense?

Should Something Be Done About It?

Yes, something really needs to be done about it and it needs to be done fast.

Just like I said in the beginning, I'm not advocating for a reduction in the pay of actors, athletes and artistes but rather that the doctors and teachers receive a fair amount at least.

In Life, When offered three options to pick one from the services the various professions in question offers which are Entertainment, Guidance and Maintaining Health.

I don't really know what your pick is but I certainly know that it will not be Entertainment.

Well, nothing goes for nothing anyway.... The audience may also be a subject factor to consider as the entertainment guys reach out to wider audience in the same time whereas a teacher is limited to the classroom he or she manages basically and the doctor is restricted to the patient he sees at the hospital but even at that, a review of the salary structure should really be a priority at this point.
