Lunch with my brother in a vegetarian restaurant

They did not remember the name, but they explained me the address where it was and asking around I found the place, when I entered my first impression was pleasant, it was air conditioned and it is a relief with so much heat, the decor is simple and everything was clean, but the most important thing was the food there were many dishes that looked provocative, this restaurant is vegetarian style Thai food.

I am not gluttonous, but that day I wanted to try everything. I told my brother to help himself to whatever he wanted, as the system is buffet style and you cancel, so weigh the food, you can serve as much as you want at your leisure. There were dishes that seemed to be meat and it was the first thing my brother served himself, we all laughed, the waiter, the cashier and those who listened when my brother asked for the stewed meat, we explained that it was vegetarian and he said ahh ok, he kept serving and at the end he said he also wanted the fried chicken that he saw 🤣 they were fried eggplants.

No recordaban el nombre, pero sí me explicaron la dirección por donde quedaba y preguntando di con el lugar, al entrar mi primera impresión fue agradable, tenía acondicionado y es un alivio con tanto calor, la decoración es sencilla y todo estaba limpio, pero lo más importante era la comida había muchos platos que se veían provocativos, este restaurante es de comida tailandesa de estilo vegetariano.

No soy glotona, pero ese día quería probar de todo. Le dije a mi hermano que se sirviera lo que quisiera, ya que el sistema es tipo buffet y se cancela, por lo que pese la comida, se puede servir la cantidad que uno quiera a gusto. Había platos que parecían ser de carne y fue lo primero que mi hermano se sirvió, todos nos reímos, el mesero, el cajero y los que escucharon cuando mi hermano pidió la carne guisada, le explicamos que era vegetariana y él dijo ahh está bien, siguió sirviendo y al final dijo que quería también el pollo frito que veía 🤣 eran berenjenas fritas.

My brother's plate weighs almost a kilo and mine about 700 grams, a rudeness and there was nothing left over, we ate everything. My silver had eggplant pasticho, sweet and sour baked plantains, Chinese rice and other things I don't remember. My brother's had fried chicken which was actually fried eggplant. 🤣 All a delight that has nothing to envy to dishes with meat!

At first I was worried when I saw all that mix of food and thought it could go bad for us, but no; everything was well digested 😝🤭😅. I spent 13 dollars, because the kilo of food is 6 $ plus the parchita juices, in total it was that amount. My brother was satisfied and happy and came home saying that he ate strange things, but very tasty. Since we are from Latin America, our dishes are different. I like vegetarian food and I have the belief that it is healthier.

El plato de mi hermano pesa casi un kilo y el mío unos 700 gramos, una grosería y no sobró nada, nos comimos todo. Mi plata tenía pasticho de berenjena, plátanos horneados agridulces, arroz chino y otras cosas que no recuerdo. El de mi hermano llevaba pollo frito que en realidad eran berenjenas fritas. 🤣 ¡Todo una delicia que nada tiene que envidiar a los platos con carne!

Al principio me preocupé al ver toda esa mezcla de alimentos y pensé que nos podía caer mal, pero no; todo fue bien digerido 😝🤭😅. Gasté 13 dólares, porque el kilo de comida está en 6 $ más los jugos de parchita, en total fue esa cantidad. Mi hermano quedó satisfecho y feliz y llegó a casa diciendo que comió cosas extrañas, pero muy ricas. Como somos de América Latina, nuestros platos son diferentes. A mí me gusta la comida vegetariana y tengo la creencia de que es más saludable.
