Hola amigos, espero que se encuentren vibrando en la alta frecuencia del amor rodeados de bienestar, quiero compartir la parte espiritual de mi último paseo, ya he reseñado desde la perspectiva turística y de arquitectura y diseño , pero no desde la más importante la espiritual y este fue el motivo principal para que se llevara a cabo este viaje.

Como he mencionado en otras oportunidades, suelo reunirme con algunas personas bajo la orientación de la profesora Alexandra Sanabria para aprender y mejorar mi estado físico, emocional y espiritual. Ella suele hacer viajes terapéuticos a playas, parques con ríos y montañas. Este año fui con ella al cerro el empalao en Aragua y este es el primero al que asisto donde tengo que viajar lejos, quedando gratamente sorprendida al tener unidos dos de mis pasiones: el turismo y la espiritualidad.

A walk with holistic purpose

Hello friends, I hope you are vibrating in the high frequency of love surrounded by wellness, I want to share the spiritual part of my last walk, I have already reviewed from the tourist perspective and architecture and design, but not from the most important the spiritual and this was the main reason for this trip to take place.

As I have mentioned in other opportunities, I usually meet with some people under the guidance of Professor Alexandra Sanabria to learn and improve my physical, emotional and spiritual state. She usually makes therapeutic trips to beaches, parks with rivers and mountains. This year I went with her to the mountain El Empalao in Aragua and this is the first one I attend where I have to travel far away, being pleasantly surprised to have united two of my passions: tourism and spirituality.

El lugar donde realizamos este encuentro fue en el estado Yaracuy, en la finca la Faraónica. Aquí hay 3 pirámides que simbolizan las de Egipto, hay piscina de arcilla y la normal 😆 y hasta un restaurante. Los detalles en los enlaces adjuntos arriba.

Todo el grupo, más de 30 personas entramos en la pirámide más pequeña, pero allí cabíamos todos, entramos en medias, con aceite en las manos para estimular los sentidos y sal debajo de la lengua para estimular los riñones que son los órganos donde se aloja la emoción de miedo, cada uno con un incienso entramos y comenzamos a meditar, eso fue después de ahogarnos un poco con el humo 😂🤣 luego comenzamos a cantar dos mantras que si entendemos, son canciones con una letra hermosa.

The whole group, more than 30 people entered the smallest pyramid, but there we all fit, we entered in stockings, with oil in our hands to stimulate the senses and salt under the tongue to stimulate the kidneys which are the organs where the emotion of fear is housed, each one with an incense we entered and began to meditate, that was after drowning a little with the smoke 😂🤣 then we began to sing two mantras that if we understand, they are songs with beautiful lyrics.

Seguido a esto seguimos meditando y haciendo nuestras peticiones en silencio, había niños, mujeres y hombres y también se unieron trabajadores de la finca que tenían curiosidad. En realidad, no es nada del otro mundo o un secreto que no se pueda compartir; es maravilloso cuando un grupo se une en oración con la mejor intención de hacer el bien para uno mismo y para los demás.

En cada terapia especial por llamarlo de alguna forma, la profesora siempre pide que llevemos alguna cosa, para esta ocasión pidió un corazón de papel blanco y en el centro nuestro nombre, además de un pañuelo blanco para la cabeza, tengo la mala costumbre de recordar lo que necesito a último momento y termino pidiendo auxilio a los demás.

Following this we continued meditating and making our requests in silence, there were children, women and men and also joined workers from the farm who were curious. In reality, it is not a big deal or a secret that cannot be shared; it is wonderful when a group unites in prayer with the best intention of doing good for oneself and for others.

In every special therapy, the teacher always asks us to bring something, for this occasion she asked for a white paper heart and in the center our name, plus a white handkerchief for the head, I have the bad habit of remembering what I need at the last minute and I end up asking for help to others.

En las imágenes donde aparecen varias personas de pie con los ojos cerrados, no estábamos en terapia, allí decidimos pararnos en el centro de una de las pirámides por sugerencia de la guía turística, para aprovechar ese punto energético donde, si estábamos en terapia, es cuando estamos sentados y con pañuelos en la cabeza. Aquí la única persona que podía entrar con celular fue la profesora y estas imágenes son cortesía de ella y ni cuenta nos dimos cuando las sacó. 😆

Quería compartir la letra de alguna de las canciones, pero no me acuerdo 😔, La reunión duró aproximadamente una hora y terminamos con abrazos y llenos de felicidad.
