Por fin he decidido compartir esta terapia holística, tenía mucho tiempo con ganas de hacerlo hasta que me comprometí en la publicación de barras de Access.

El útero es un órgano muy importante para las mujeres y para la humanidad, aunque no lo crean a través de él recibimos la vida en forma física y energética. Es el símbolo que representa las memorias de amor y también las de dolor, sufrimiento, anhelo y miedo que tuvieron todas las mujeres de nuestro clan familiar o antepasados.

Por qué debemos tomar conciencia de la energía uterina

En las constelaciones familiares se dice que vivimos dentro del útero de nuestra abuela materna cuando está embarazada de nuestra madre, ella nos transmite sus emociones y nosotros las recibimos de generación en generación, en programas que repetiremos de forma inconsciente afectando nuestra vida.

En esta terapia se eliminarán las memorias uterinas ancestrales que nos mantienen atados a nuestro clan familiar, repitiendo sus patrones por lealtad, como por ejemplo la infertilidad, abortos, viudez, violaciones, madres solteras, infidelidades, engaños y traiciones, todo tipo de dolor que se relacione con la energía que fluye a través del útero.

Pasos:

Siéntate en una silla de forma cómoda colocando los pies en el piso o manteniendo el contacto con la tierra, también te puedes sentar en el piso en forma de loto.

Cierra los ojos y concéntrate en la respiración, respira profundo 3 veces, primero voltea tu cara hacia el lado derecho, luego hacia el lado izquierdo y por último respira hacia el centro.

Cuando ya estés relajada respirando en el centro, imagina a la persona con la que quieres cerrar el ciclo y a la que le vas a devolver todo, míralo en forma astral y vas a botar el aire imaginando que exhalas por tu vagina, los haces 7 veces mientras vas diciendo en forma mental lo que deseas devolver a esa persona.

Repite:

Devuelvo la energía de todo lo que está aquí en mi útero. (dolor, apatía, ira, rencor, angustia, tristeza y .... todo sentimiento que pudiera quedar en tu memoria relacionada con esa persona.)

Te lo devuelvo, ya no es mío.

Deseo y quiero devolver, gracias.

Luego cierra tu vagina y respiras 13 veces y comienzas a contraerla, SIN abrirla dices: recobro mi energía hoy, en armonía, te lo agradezco.

Te rodeas de la energía violeta y rosa y bendice tu útero con amor 7 veces.

Esta terapia la puedes hacer con cada pareja que hayas tenido intimidad sexual y no quieras seguir atada energéticamente, una persona a la vez, tantas veces como quieras solo tú sabrás cuando te sientas bien.
