Hola amigos de @hivefood este es mi primer post en la comunidad y compartiendo este tipo de contenido, se trata de mi primera vez comiendo sushi, un plato que escogí para celebrar mi cumpleaños con la idea de hacer cosas diferentes y la comida tenía que ser la protagonista porque a todos nos gusta comer y cuando vamos a festejar algo siempre la comida es protagonista.

Días antes le comenté a una amiga mi intención de comer sushi y ella se dedicó a buscar un restaurante que fuera bonito, con buenos precios y que me dejara una buena impresión, a los pocos días me dijo que iríamos a Chef Margaro en el centro comercial las Américas en Maracay Venezuela, ninguna de las dos había ido antes y se suponía que también estaría otro amigo que al final no llego.

Hello friends of @hivefood this is my first post in the community and sharing this kind of content, it's about my first time eating sushi, a dish I chose to celebrate my birthday with the idea of doing different things and food had to be the protagonist because we all like to eat and when we go to celebrate something always food is the protagonist.

Days before I told a friend about my intention to eat sushi and she was looking for a restaurant that was nice, with good prices and that would leave a good impression, a few days later she told me that we would go to Chef Margaro in the shopping center Las Americas in Maracay Venezuela, neither of us had been there before and another friend was supposed to be there too, but in the end he didn't show up.

El restaurante a simple vista no llama la atención, pero al entrar cambie de percepción porque tiene muchos detalles que lo destacan, está decorado con un estilo oriental japonés, tiene una iluminación tenue y las paredes están pintadas con murales hermosos, mi amiga y yo enloquecimos sacándonos fotos y grabando boomerang en todos los ambientes ocasionándoles risas a los comensales, parecíamos dos locas en acción.

En el restaurante dibujaron un mural de geisha muy bonito, me gustaron sus colores y también tienen un pasillo con paredes oscuras para enfatizar una pared final que tiene un mural que asemeja unas puertas sobre un lago, algún significado místico debe tener, en otra pared está el gato de la suerte con los roles de sushi y yo no podía dejar de posar a su lado y los baños con dos rostros tanto femenino como masculino para diferenciar los géneros.

The restaurant at first glance does not attract attention, but when we entered I changed my perception because it has many details that make it stand out, it is decorated with a Japanese oriental style, it has a dim lighting and the walls are painted with beautiful murals, my friend and I went crazy taking pictures and recording boomerang in all environments causing laughter to the diners, we looked like two crazy women in action.

In the restaurant they drew a very nice geisha mural, I liked its colors and they also have a hallway with dark walls to emphasize a final wall that has a mural that resembles a few doors on a lake, it must have some mystical meaning, on another wall is the lucky cat with the sushi roles and I could not stop posing next to him and the bathrooms with two faces both female and male to differentiate the genders.

Al llegar nos pasaron la carta de todos los platos y combos que tienen disponibles, como era mi primera vez probando este tipo de comida cualquiera hubiese sido buena, pero nos decidimos por una que se llama torta de sushi que tiene 50 roles de sushi de la combinación que quisiéramos con sus salsas y un refresco de litro y medio, todo eso por 20 dólares el precio me pareció muy accesible. Pedí una combinación de camarones con cangrejo, unos que le dicen fríos y otros tempurizados que son los que viene fritos.

Yo le pregunté a uno de los meseros si venían crudos, porque es lo que he escuchado toda mi vida, que el sushi es pescado crudo y él me contesto que ningunos de sus platos vienen crudos, que todos están cocidos, no sé si así es que se come o es la forma como los preparan en ese restaurante.

Choosing the sushi roles

Upon arrival they showed us the menu of all the dishes and combos they have available, as it was my first time trying this type of food any would have been good, but we decided on one called sushi cake that has 50 sushi roles of the combination we wanted with their sauces and a liter and a half soda, all that for 20 dollars the price seemed very affordable. I ordered a combination of shrimp with crab, some of which are called cold and others tempura, which are the ones that come fried.

I asked one of the waiters if they came raw, because that is what I have heard all my life, that sushi is raw fish and he replied that none of their dishes come raw, they are all cooked, I don't know if that is how they eat them or if that is the way they prepare them in that restaurant.

Uno de los servicios al pedir la torta de sushi es que los trabajadores del restaurante lleven este plato cantando el cumpleaños, mi amiga ya les había pedido con anticipación que nos hicieran una grabación y les dio mi nombre que al final no lo recordaban bien ja, ja, ja, ella tuvo que salir a comprar unas velitas de cumpleaños porque en el restaurante no tenían ni vendían, esta es una observación para mejorar, la verdad es que fue divertido y en el tiempo que estuvimos en el restaurante le cantaron a otras 3 personas el cumpleaños pobres trabajadores deben odiar esa canción jajajá.

One of the services when ordering the sushi cake is that the restaurant workers take this dish singing the birthday, my friend had already asked them in advance to make a recording and gave them my name that in the end they did not remember it well ha, ha, ha, ha, she had to go out to buy some birthday candles because the restaurant did not have or sold, this is an observation to improve, the truth is that it was fun and in the time we were in the restaurant they sang the birthday to 3 other people poor workers must hate that song hahaha.
