Hola amigos de hive y de la comunidad @beentrepreneur , hace días recibí una invitación de @damarysvibra en la que ella sería ponente de una charla junto a un grupo de emprendedores con el propósito de dar, y es por este motivo que comparto esta publicación aquí.

Estas personas que son emprendedores en diversos campos formaron un grupo u organización sin fines de lucro llamada “una mano franca” y su eslogan es la gratitud de dar, donde dictan talleres a cambio de donaciones de ropa en buen estado, comida no perecedera, enseres, productos, para a su vez ser donadas en instituciones de personas con necesidades económicas. Es una acción de voluntariado que me parece un gesto muy noble y es el ejemplo de un emprendimiento poco convencional, que no deja beneficios económicos, pero sí mucha satisfacción personal y espiritual.

Hello friends of hive and the @beentrepreneur community, days ago I received an invitation from @damarysvibra in which she would be a speaker in a talk with a group of entrepreneurs with the purpose of giving, and it is for this reason that I share this post here.

These people who are entrepreneurs in various fields formed a group or nonprofit organization called "a frank hand" and its slogan is the gratitude of giving, where they dictate workshops in exchange for donations of clothes in good condition, non-perishable food, household goods, products, to be donated in turn in institutions of people with economic needs. It is a volunteer action that seems to me a very noble gesture and is an example of an unconventional undertaking, which does not leave economic benefits but a lot of personal and spiritual satisfaction.

Cuando me enteré de esta actividad inmediatamente me comprometí a asistir porque todos los temas me parecían importantes, además me permitiría donar ropa que ya no uso, tenía una bolsa grande, pero era pesada para llevar en bus, así que la separé y deje algo para otras donaciones, solo done 4 pantalones y como 5 camisas y aunque salí de casa a buena hora perdí un autobús lo que hizo que llegara un poco tarde perdiendo la primera de las ponencias.

When I heard about this activity I immediately committed myself to attend because all the topics seemed important to me, besides it would allow me to donate clothes that I no longer use, I had a big bag, but it was heavy to carry by bus, so I separated it and left some for other donations, I only donated 4 pants and about 5 shirts, and although I left home at a good time I missed a bus which made me arrive a little late missing the first of the lectures.

La ponente nos explicó que soltar las ideas limitantes es el primer paso para cambiar, que la excusa sobre el tiempo hay que soltarlas, a veces pensamos que se nos pasó el tiempo para hacer algo y el tiempo es perfecto cuando decidimos actuar, nunca es tarde para desarrollar una nueva idea para accionar nuestros sueños y convertirlos en realidad.

Mary Blanca cerro con un lindo relato sobre las experiencias de vida que nos enseña que los fracasos nos llevan al éxito y sin errores no hay como avanzar, que la belleza de las cosas está en el dar, amar y ser amado.

The weight of beliefs

The speaker explained that letting go of limiting ideas is the first step to change, that the excuse about time must be let go, sometimes we think that the time to do something has passed and the time is perfect when we decide to act, it is never too late to develop a new idea to activate our dreams and turn them into reality.

Mary Blanca closed with a beautiful story about life experiences that teaches us that failures lead us to success and without mistakes there is no way to move forward, that the beauty of things is in giving, loving and being loved.

Como tener un medio de pago internacional y no morir en el intento

Fue una ponencia de Manuel Gómez una de las que más llamo mi atención y me motivo asistir por el tema que desarrolló, en Venezuela muchas personas están actualmente buscando nuevas formas de ingreso a través de trabajos como freelance y el primer obstáculo con el que se enfrentan es encontrar un medio de cobro y pago de sus servicios. Los medios existen, pero a veces no se encuentra la información y el camino adecuado.

Nos explicó varias pasarelas de pago, algunas que se conectan por PayPal e incluso unas mejores como zelly y ubbi No tengo ninguna, por lo pronto ya tengo información de algunas y cuáles son sus beneficios.

How to have an international means of payment and not die trying

It was a presentation by Manuel Gomez one of those that most caught my attention, and I was motivated to attend by the theme he developed, in Venezuela many people are currently seeking new forms of income through freelance work and the first obstacle they face is to find a means of collection and payment for their services. The means exist, but sometimes they don't find the right information and the right way.

He explained several payment gateways, some that connect through PayPal and even better ones like zelly and ubbi I don't have any, but I already have information about some of them and their benefits.

La escritura como vía para conectar con la creatividad

De esta ponencia realizada por Adriana Flores me llevo muchos ejemplos para explorar mi creatividad e incluso un libro que recomendó titulado: el camino del artista de Julia Cameron donde paso a paso con ejercicios prácticos podemos desarrollar nuestra creatividad.

Estoy ansiosa por comenzar esta lectura que sé me dará mucho crecimiento personal.

Writing as a way to connect with creativity

From this presentation by Adriana Flores I took many examples to explore my creativity and even a book she recommended entitled: the artist's way by Julia Cameron where step by step with practical exercises we can develop our creativity.

I am anxious to start this reading that I know will give me a lot of personal growth.

Caminando hacia donde quiero

Es el tema que desarrollo Damarys Pacheco @damarysvibra con un dominó total sobre el tema, explicando que somos un todo y el ser es integral, que no podemos vivir separados por secciones como los aspectos de la rueda de la vida, que son: el trabajo, el dinero, la familia, los amigos, la pareja, el ocio y la recreación, la salud, la espiritualidad, desarrollo personal, entre otros. Somos un todo y lo que afecta a unos de estos aspectos terminará por afectar al otro.

Comenzó con la personificación de dos cuentos de hadas, uno el de la Alicia y el de Caperucita roja. Estos ejemplos eran la base para una pregunta generadora de toda su ponencia y que pocas veces nos hacemos y la reflexionamos.

Walking towards where I want to go

It is the theme that Damarys Pacheco @damarysvibra developed with a total domino on the subject, explaining that we are a whole and the being is integral, that we cannot live separated by sections such as aspects of the wheel of life, which are: work, money, family, friends, partner, leisure and recreation, health, spirituality, personal development, among others. Somos dos tipos de personas, la que como Alicia no sabemos donde estamos ni hacia donde vamos y le preguntamos a los demás, ¿qué camino puedo tomar? ¿Cómo hago para salir de donde estoy? Y el otro tipo de persona que somos como la Caperucita roja, soy Caperucita y me identifique con ella, porque los de este grupo decimos todos lo que pensamos, hacia donde vamos, que hacemos, porque lo hacemos y que llevamos, lo peor es que sé lo decimos al lobo que solo quiere aprovecharse de cualquier inocente que se atraviese en su camino.

Cada cierto tiempo tenemos que preguntarnos desde nuestro centro y en calma, ¿estoy caminando hacia donde quiero? ¿Quién soy y hacia donde voy? ¿Estoy donde quiero? ¿Hago lo que me gusta? ¿Tengo lo que quiero? Y lo más importante, como me siento con todo eso, me siento feliz o, por el contrario, estoy frustrada o insatisfecha.

Como enseñar a los niños a tomar decisiones

Héctor Shamir Pérez explicó que hay que darles a los niños desde temprano el derecho a tomar decisiones y asumir la responsabilidad de dichas decisiones, dejar que ellos se equivoquen por sí mismos es prepararlos para el futuro a que con la práctica sus errores sean menos perjudiciales para ellos mismos y sus familias, dando un ejemplo que si el niño quiere un helado de limón sabemos que será ácido y tal vez no le guste, pero debemos dejar que él tome su propio riesgo y que si no le gusta asuma comérselo o no, creando el aprendizaje con base a la experiencia.

How to teach children to make decisions

Hector Shamir Perez explained that we must give children from an early age the right to make decisions and take responsibility for those decisions, letting them make mistakes on their own is preparing them for the future so that with practice their mistakes are less harmful to themselves and their families, giving an example that if the child wants a lemon ice cream we know it will be sour and may not like it, but we must let him take his own risk and if he does not like it he can assume to eat it or not, creating learning based on experience.

Y para finalizar cerraron con Erica Arguelle con su ponencia titulada Pa, fuera el estrés y sonríe otra vez.

Con la técnica del yoga de la risa, nos puso a brincar, bailar, reír y también nos enseñó que podemos engañar al cerebro con risa y gestos que asemejen felicidad, como por ejemplo aplaudir en momentos de enojo y susto, eso hará que nuestro cerebro termine por hacerle caso al cuerpo y cambie emociones generadoras de estrés y enojo por la alegría y la relajación. Fue un cierre espectacular y divertido.

And finally Erica Arguelle closed with her lecture entitled Pa, get rid of stress and smile again.

With the technique of laughter yoga, she made us jump, dance, laugh and also taught us that we can trick the brain with laughter and gestures that resemble happiness, such as clapping in moments of anger and fear, that will make our brain to listen to the body and change emotions that generate stress and anger for joy and relaxation. It was a spectacular and fun closing.

Conclusión

Asistir a esta ponencia fue una decisión acertada, aprendí muchas cosas que me servirán, me relacione con nuevas personas, me divertí muchísimo y además quede contenta con todo lo que se logró, gracias a estos emprendedores y por los datos suministrados por ellos mismos se recaudó: 100 piezas de ropa, 7 pares de zapatos, 27 kilos de comida, 1 juguete.
