Como siempre yo, ofreciendo mis galletas para aportar algo en cualquier evento, claro, es de las pocas cosas que sé hacer. Yo no cocino nada.

He visto que en vez de echarle royal icing o chooclate o cualquier adorno, le ponen mensajes como decoración. Entonces se me vino a la mente hacer estas con el nombre del dojo.

No hay nada mas satisfactorio que se hagan las cosas con las propias manos asi quede mal. Así que es más valioso hacerlo yo que comprarlo.

Aquí pueden ver la receta de las galletas. Lo único que cambió es que no tienen chocolate.

Como yo soy muy terca, no termino de aprender a que me quede perfecta la masa, no me queda tan bien hidratada asi que por eso se ve agrietada. Igual queda sabrosa de sabor pero al momento de marcarla, se ven las rayas.

Lo otro es que se encogen pero creo que es por el calor de mi pueblo. Iba haciendo corazones y los volvía a meter en la masa cuando en encogian o se ponian feos. Igual quedaron algo deformes, no como me gustaría.

Aprendí también que antes de hacerle la marca con las letras, hay que meter las galletas cortadas en el freezer para que se enfríen y se pongan mas duras.

Luego de marcarlas puse a hornear, las saqué dejé enfríar y luego las metí en la bolsa.

Es algo que disfruto hacer, aunque muera de calor, eso me hace bien, me puse hasta eléctrica que quería hacer más. Incluso me dan ganas de volver a activar Las Galletas de mi hermana.

As always me, offering my cookies to contribute something to any event, of course, it's one of the few things I know how to do. I don't cook anything.

I have seen that instead of adding royal icing or chooclate or any decoration, they put messages as decoration. Then it came to my mind to make these with the name of the dojo.

There is nothing more satisfying than doing things with your own hands even if it looks bad. So it's more worth doing it than buying it.

Here you can see the recipe of the cookies. The only thing that changed is that they don't have chocolate.

Since I'm very stubborn, I don't finish learning how to make the dough perfect, it doesn't stay so well hydrated so that's why it looks cracked. It still tastes tasty but when you mark it, you can see the stripes.

The other thing is that they shrink but I think it's because of the heat of my town. I was making hearts and putting them back in the dough when they shrank or got ugly. They were still somewhat deformed, not as I would like.

I also learned that before making the mark with the letters, you have to put the cut cookies in the freezer so that they cool down and get harder.

After marking them, I put them in the oven, took them out, let them cool and then put them in the bag.

It's something I enjoy doing, even if I'm dying of heat, that does me good, I got so electric that I wanted to do more. It even makes me want to turn my sister's Cookies back on.
