Amigas - la familia escogida 🩷

Mis amigas del trabajo tuvieron un detalle especial conmigo 💫😊
Mi cumpleaños fue el jueves, y como ese día trabajaría desde casa, decidieron hacerme una fiesta de pre-cumple el día anterior, el 1ero de noviembre. Cuando llegué a la oficina me sorprendió de una forma muy bonita ver la decoración rosa en mi escritorio, los globos y los carteles de "feliz cumpleaños". Entre abrazos me entregaron los regalitos que escogieron especialmente para mí, los cuales son muy funcionales y bonitos. Realmente no tenían que hacerlo, pues el gesto de decorar mi escritorio y planificar un "precumple" lo sentí como un regalo maravilloso 😍 De todos modos, estuve muy agradecida con mis regalos porque me encantaron y amo los regalos hahaha.
Nos tomamos algunas foticos y al final de nuestra jornada laboral me invitaron a comer una deliciosa pizza 4 estaciones de Archies, uno de mis restaurantes italianos favoritos. Ese día empezó a llover muchísimo, así que no pudimos conseguir una pastelería buena abierta, para pedirme mi trozo de pastel. Optamos entonces por una torta helado sabor "Capuccino" que me encanta, y siento que terminó siendo incluso una mejor opción.
Conversamos un ratico pero luego regresamos a nuestros escritorios porque en estas épocas del año es mucho el trabajo que tenemos por hacer😅
Creo que es la primera vez que celebro un precumple y eso hizo que mi cumpleaños se sintiera extendido en el tiempo, hahaha. Fue muy especial, le agradezco a mis amigas que se hayan tomado el tiempo se hacer este detalle tan bonito para mí <3. Les agradezco mucho que me hagan sentir parte del grupo, a pesar de todas las diferencias que compartimos. Es bonito, además, sentir en estos casos la importancia del valor de la amistad.

My friends at work had a special treat for me 💫😊
My birthday was on Thursday, and as I would be working from home that day, they decided to throw me a pre-birthday party the day before, November 1st. When I arrived at the office I was surprised in a very nice way to see the pink decoration on my desk, the balloons and the "happy birthday" signs. Between hugs they handed me the little presents they had chosen especially for me, which are very functional and beautiful. They really didn't have to, as the gesture of decorating my desk and planning a "pre-birthday" felt like a wonderful gift 😍 Anyway, I was very grateful with my gifts because I loved them and I love gifts hahaha.
We took some pictures and at the end of our working day I was invited to eat a delicious 4 seasons pizza from Archies, one of my favourite Italian restaurants. It started to rain a lot that day, so we couldn't get a good bakery open to order my slice of cake. We opted for a "Cappuccino" flavoured ice cream cake which I love, and I feel it ended up being an even better choice.
We chatted for a bit but then went back to our desks because at this time of the year there is so much work to do😅
I think it's the first time I've celebrated a pre-birthday and that made my birthday feel extended in time, hahaha. It was very special, I thank my friends for taking the time to make such a nice detail for me <3. I really appreciate them making me feel part of the group, despite all the differences we share. It is also nice to feel in these cases the importance of the value of friendship.
