They say one of the worst things is being on a computer late at night π
Sometimes limiting computer time at the end of the night might help you sleep better β¦..not sure if that helps or not my friend ππ

Yes. Especially when exposed too much of the blue light does have an effect.
Computer isn't that bad because it is "troublesome", from posture to keeping the computer on etc; the more dangerous blue light is from the tablet and smart phones, where mostly entertainment happens
The Mrs is an optician and she talks about the β Blue light β as well.
Everyone spends so much time ( too much time ) on line these days !π
