Good day to you all dear friends on hive, it's another week of participation and my entry for this week is titled "Ancient of days" by Ron kenoly.
My friends an I were gisting over our childhood days when we do have parties in school such as the End of the session party and we participate in some activities like cultural dance, choreography and the likes. This song was once used in my primary school for choreography and the little baby girl in me kept beaming with blushes and smiles because i was one of the lucky ones that was chosen to dance 😁.
Ren kenoly is a renowned American worship leader, song composer, instrumentalist and a pastor whose songs has lifted a lot of souls for ages and is still doing same till now.
The song is a praise and worship song that draws inspiration from the book of Daniel in the Bible where the name "Ancient of days" was mentioned multiple times. The song was released in the year 1992 in the album titled "Lift him up" where he featured the integrity hosannah music.
Ancient of days is one of the numerous names of God that hasn't faded forr ages now and it is obvious that the ancient of days is present in this song as well because no matter how much we sing the song nor how long the song has been in existence, it never sound old or faded to the ears.
