Crypto Investors – Who Are The Real Winners?

Over the years, I have discussed many strategies and avenues worth exploring regarding Crypto investments. Not only investments but also the idea of income generative models and passive income models. Many of these ideas overlap and are often multi-faceted in nature. The appropriation and practice of these strategies, over time, can be incredibly lucrative, especially when healthy amounts of capital are being utilized.
The timing of cycles, as well as understanding key points within these structures is, of course, key. Back in 2022, this blog called the bottom perfectly and suggested the commencement of fresh accumulation for September and beyond. This was published on the 2nd of September, and as the screenshot below reveals… September was indeed the beginning of the bottom. Throughout 2022 I discouraged buying the dip.
Instead, I promoted the idea of selling the pumps, as these were quite simply, bear market rallies. Hindsight has of course proven this to be the best approach, but as you can imagine, many inexperienced Crypto enthusiasts “knew better”. This, of course, is always the case. The only thing that changes is the year. With every cycle comes the ignorant arrogance of newcomers. What is however rather concerning are the veterans who still don’t seem to understand how this market operates.
So, who are the real winners here? When you begin to analyze the recent developments within the space, it becomes apparent that tokenization and RWA are going to dominate the next 10 years in this space. AI, will of course, also be a prominent force. Tokenization incorporates DeFi and WEB3 by default, and as a result, makes these hot properties going forward. However, identifying the trends of tomorrow is not enough.
Time Horizons
The real winners are going to be those who not only identify the trends of tomorrow but also understand the timeline, as well as the cycles that operate within this timeline. Essentially, investors who are investing for the decade, and exercising cyclical wisdom, are the ones who are going to reap the rewards of what is about to play out in the amalgamation of TradFi and DeFi via the tokenization of everything.
This will collectively incorporate a lot of DeFi, WEB3, and AI-based projects. AI, will, of course, seep into every aspect of our daily lives. There’s no escaping it. Those who position themselves well, with the long game in mind are going to be the true winners, in my opinion. Positioning, accompanied by wise practices, over an extended period, is how intuitive investors are going to take advantage of the next chapter in finance.
I have been writing about tokenization for years, as well as the amalgamation of TradFi and DeFi. Yes, many other developments will unfold over time. However, this particular shift will be the undergirding and foundation for future innovation and technological advancement. In my opinion, investors need to envision the future, and what projects are likely to be prevalent in that envisioned future.
Final Thoughts
Real-world assets have been a sector I have been addressing for years, it’s enormously powerful due to the underlying dynamics that govern this particular sector. Essentially, it’s not necessary to create additional value, but in many cases, is simply the movement of existing value into the blockchain realm.
