You can buy from hive-engine and for staking you can use holozing.com . I am not sure of HE for staking but I think you can do it from there as well however I never tried.

I use hive-engine more so I would say https://hive-engine.com/trade/ZING is good..

this is also the same token but on Tribaldex, if the hive engine does not work then you can use below. You will get the same token using both.

Yes if you want to hive buy token in hive-engine then you need to have swap.hive there.
