Since the pandemic, I noticed that my lower back has become weaker. I stopped playing basketball since then and spent my time all day sitting in the office. I attempted three times to play but my lower back can no longer endure the game's physical demands.

I wonder if you have performed cardiovascular and stretching exercises before playing intensive sports such as basketball. 🤔🤓
