While this isn't the only way to play the game let's just look at the accumulation of rewards from this strategy.

10 Young Citizens x 760 SIM = 7600 SIM at bid price + 611 SIM holdings = 8200 SIM in 14 days qualifying for SIM Power payout.

An average SIM Holdings over 30 days is called SIM Power, and it pays a passive income of 40% APR in HIVE daily right now.
