RE: My Most Precious Coin - An Australian 1966 50c Piece

I think I've seen the round 50c piece in someone's collection (either Dad's or father in law's or some other relative who collects coins). I'm kind of glad they have a different shape now as I tend to differentiate coins by touch and would have mistaken 20c and 50c for each other quite regularly if they had remained round XD

I know there are some people that scoff at sentimental value but I'm with you, I would be hanging on to that particular coin forever too.
