I somehow forget to eat it, but it's on the visible place in the kitchen... So, I would say maximum once per week... :(
I user honey weekly. Great in tea or on biscuits.
Almost every day in the morning.... mix it in milk...
I eat honey only once in a while. I hear it's good in the spring to prevent allergies

I only have honey maybe twice a month, should be eating it more.
I rarely had honey , like when i am suffering from cold my mom make home medicine using some green mint herbs , water and yeah honey .
Honey on toast a couple times a week, I used to eat a lot more, but I now have to watch my suger intake, YES even natural sugars.☹️
