Nice chatter and a great topic, again... :)

I have to admit that I very often try to do all things on my own... Party because of the "cut spendings", partly because of not trusting others that they will do a job...

Those aren't really positive thoughts from my side, but that comes with "age" (hehehe)... I mean, we meet different people, make connections, and build trust and know the possibilities of them...

And, after all, the price of running a one-man-show is usually bigger than, the price of delegating jobs to others...

Toy soldiers!

I began with Timpo WW2 soldiers, but they got left behind when we left Gibraltar I suppose, as I never saw them again! But the following Christmas I got the Timpo Wild West Fort with some 7th Cavalry and {ahem} Red Indians...

I could go on about all the Airfix toy soliders and stuff I later accumulated... but let us take a less martial turn and mention another toy I got while in Gibraltar, Etch-a-Sketch!

I should also mention the Triang/Hornby electric train set I got for Christmas in Gibraltar, then a bunch of extra track with some points and a whippy little red dock shunter engine.

Once I had a bunch of German and British 1/72nd scale soldiers it didn't take long for me to start playing scenarios which involved trains loaded with soldiers being derailed and fought over!

Nice video Russell, and great advice about delegating tasks, for me the biggest thing is to keep minimizing daily tasks so I have the time to build things for the long term, it's better now but I think there can be more done, we'll see, stay awesome.
