Welcome to Hive Times

Today I wanted to talk about what keeps you fit, Healthy and of sound mind in a world that is becoming ever increasingly restricted in what you can and cannot do.

Some of the things you should be looking at is getting exercise and ensuring you get as much Vitamin D as is necessary for building a healthy immune system.

The best way to absorb Vitamin D is through the skin from direct sunlight. So if you can find a spot in your world where you can soak up some rays, do it, expose as much of yourself as you are comfortable with and soak it up for at least 20 minutes.

Get the maximum benefit that you can and don’t use sunscreen. The objective is to get Vitamin D and the more you inhibit this the less you will get.

You can of course take supplements, however the absorption rate of these is far less than a 20 minute sun bath every dya that you can.

You can also just ensure, where you can, that you take a walk during the day to get some sunlight and to exercise the body.

Exercising the body is of vital importance and taking a 30 to 60 minute walk every day will help you in oxygenating the blood so that your Body and Brain function can continue on an upward trajectory, if you cannot leave your home, then ensure that you do some Muscle and cardio exercise so that you can achieve the same result.

The most important thing is to keep your mind active and challenged and by soaking up Vitamin D, Exercising every day you will give your body and mind the best opportunity to be invigorated.

Keeping your body healthy and happy will allow you to be more constructive in the things you choose to occupy yourself with for the most of the day.

It will give you the energy and enthusiasm to try new things, It will give you the motivation to achieve and it will give you the energy to act.
