Hi Folks

What are you doing while at Home with the world undergoing Lockdowns and Social distancing??

Are you keeping yourself Healthy in both Body and Mind

With the current situation it is very easy for us to slot into the habit of sitting all day, snacking more, sleeping more, becoming a bit immobile and generally depleting our physical and mental health.

It is important especially to maintain good mental health during a time where we may find difficult

Let us know what it is that you are doing on a daily basis that is helping you and improving your wellbeing while cooped up indoors.

This could be from reading books, playing games, playing music, online chats, online blogging, any number of activities that we can participate in.

Also we need to be looking after our physical wellbeing and doing daily exercise. Most of us would normally walk somewhere everyday and we possibly do not have the opportunity to do that.

If you do not have exercise equipment at home there will be any number of things that you can improvise with if you want to be lifting weights. Doing pushups, sit ups, squats are all good fro building core strength.

There are a multitude of exercise videos available online. Just make sure you do at least 30 minutes of physical exercise every day.

It is important that we keep both our bodies and minds active as much as possible. The health benefits of this are stronger immune systems.

We have this exciting platform of blogging, where we can express ourselves, and earn a little bit at the same time. Not only that, but this is a fantastic community this is the time when community becomes even more important. We are here to support each other and to help each other overcome the struggles they may be having.

I have a challenge for you and that is to write down what you do for your Mental and Physical wellbeing and post to Hive and Steem. More importantly post to the CTP Talk Community and also use [PeakD](https://peakd.com to post in the CTP community.

Write that post, send pictures, post a video, add the hashtag #2020 Vision and #pixiepost – keep the #2020vision movement going and value add to the 44 days of exercising your self and Value Add to your own wellbeing.

Don’t be afraid to let us know what you are doing, its important for others to know that theer are ways and means to staying healthy, fit and strong.
