Electronic Music Events Can Be Beneficial for Emotional and Mental Health | Rising Star Giveaway - Reward 15000 Starbits (Ends 14 February UTC)

According to a new report released by the Night Time Industries Association (NTIA) on the electronic music industry, electronic music events can benefit participants in terms of emotional and mental health. NTIA has relased "Electronic Beats, Economic Treats 2024", the second annual report delving into the economic and cultural impact of the UK's electronic music scene. According to the report, 80% of those who attend electronic music events experience emotional and mental health benefits.

The relased report includes a lot of information obtained in the research on electronic music, but what caught my attention the most is the benefit that electronic music events provide to the listeners and the overwhelming influence of electronic music on 73% of the top 30 global artists. I knew that electronic music was influential, but frankly I didn't know it was this much influential. Click to see the full report.. You can also access last year's "Electronic Beats, Economic Treats 2023" report published by NTIA here. The new report is a continuation of the previous one.

When I think about the electronic music events I attend, it definitely benefits me mentally and emotionally, but I'm not sure whether it's listening to electronic music, listening to music in general, or having fun with my friends that provides these benefits. I will observe it in detail in the next musical events, but as a result, musical events always result in both fun and relaxation for me.

Enjoy the music and stay with Love.

Question of the Day : Do you think that Electronic Music events can benefit emotional and mental health? Why? If you don't have an answer to this question, You can talk about your favorite song or anything related to music in your comment.

ign @olaf.gui

I too am surprised with the conclusions of this study. I did not expect that a study would focus on electronic music and events at the same time!

For me I think that electronic music is beneficial for those who like this kind of music, I don't think it has the same effect for people who don't like electronic music.

Congratulations @henruc! Count me in for another round, please! Thank you so very much!

Yes, I can definitely understand how electronic music events could be beneficial for people. The repeating rhythmic beats, while dancing, and enjoying the company and shared energy of friends can be quite euphoric indeed. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

@henruc

Electronic music events often create a communal atmosphere where people come together to enjoy the music and dance. The energetic and uplifting nature of electronic music can evoke positive emotions, providing an opportunity for emotional release and connection with others in a shared experience.

Do you think that Electronic Music events can benefit emotional and mental health?

If you like electronic music, for sure it'll benefit you to listen to it. Otherwise, I don't know. But if the frequency of cat purrs can help broken bones mend, why wouldn't music be able to do some good too?

Count me in, please!
