Midnight Memories is the third studio album by British-Irish boy band One Direction. The album was released on November 25, 2013 by Columbia Records, Syco Music and Sony Music. The album was recorded between December 2012 and September 2013. It was produced by Julian Bunetta, Carl Falk, Tom Fletcher, Teddy Geiger, Danny Jones, Jacknife Lee, Dougie Poynter, Robert John "Mutt" Lange, John Ryan, Matt Rad, Toby Smith, Jamie Scott and Ryan Tedder.

Midnight Memories was a major commercial success, becoming the best-selling album of 2013 according to the IFPI list, with sales of 4 million copies despite being released five weeks before the end of the year. The album was described as having a "slightly rockier tone" than their previous albums. It debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200, making One Direction the first band in history to debut at number one in the US with their first three albums. The Midnight Memories album was a great success when it was released and it was possible to hear the songs on the album almost everywhere, One Direction did a really great job. I can say that the songs I heard and listened to the most in the album are "Midnight Memories", "Best Song Ever", "Story of My Life" and "You & I". My favorite on the album is "Story of My Life" because of its lyrics. Truly Excellent songwriting.
