My challenge to you - Spend time outside today.
All of us that use peakD probably spend time inside on our computers or phones. With everything going on in the world today, if your country or area allows it, spend some time outside.
Here's a photo of me and my amazing wife Tammy on our walk today.
CHALLENGE: Reply and post your own photo where you are OUTSIDE. Here's mine:
However, if you go outside, be safe, and practice Social Distancing recommendations for your area. For example, in this photo, it's just me and my wife. We didn't come across others on our walk, and we both reside together in the same house with our two children.
Not pictured in this photo is my dog Colby. He's a rescue animal from near Red Rocks, CO.

Thanks for all the encouragement and promotion of the blog post.
I felt much healthier mentally after I spent some time outside with my wife getting some fresh air.
It's important, as long as we remember to follow the local government's regulations about social distancing, etc. I'm not asking anyone to break the law in any way.
This post was more to encourage people to do something healthy if they are able to do so. :)

There are also some great stats at the moment showing the decease in air pollution worldwide as a result of the global shutdown, I can hear the trees breathing a sigh of relief :)
Totally support your challenge, Rob! But, I have a problem that we are forbidden to go outside our houses, so I can't participate...
Anyways, maybe I will take a selfie in front of my building... :) before cops get me... lol.. :)
