I am not listing professional tips that you can follow to garner upvotes. What I am sharing today is the idea that why it is important to be this early on Leofinance and $HIVE and how things can change quickly for this project. There may be ideas on what to do for more recognition.

Early Investment - The @leofinance startup

I remember one of the podcasts where @taskmaster4450le said @Leofinance is a startup crypto project. Our time and resource is an early investment in that startup vision. We cannot expect mature products and services from this small project. The ideas that are being implemented by the project are never implemented before anywhere else. Taking decentralized blockchain and building a social media platform with no transaction fees sounds easy but is not.

I made peace with my expectations and my investment when it comes to Leo. My investment is still risky in terms of returns. I may make 100X gains but there is also a possibility that this project may not achieve all the success - price wise. Who knows.

I am okay with the results whichever way they go. But I am confident that the progress made are in the right direction and we will at least demonstrate how to be responsible of our content on web 3 platforms.

This is all good. We are blogging here on this platform means we know the risk and potential rewards. We are investing our valuable time and effort. That says something. Our time has value and the time we are putting in to this platform could be valued much higher than the earnings from our post. That is true specially if you are spending time on threads.

So, how do we generate income?

I have no idea but there are two points that may help you decide how to move forward in the ecosystem.

Engagement

We already know. This is the most cliche answer ever but that is the only answer. It does not matter how we say it but talking to others is the only way to generate income on social media platforms.

Leoverse is a social media platform with a financial twist to it. If we forget about blockchain part of this project then it is not very different from twitter or reddit. How do users generate responses on twitter and reddit? They talk to other people, bring likeable and genuine content and post consistently. Yes. we will get upvotes if we have genuine content and other users know what we bring.

It is all about your username coz we are semi-anonymous on the platform. The way people recognize your content is through your user name and previous posts.

Personal brand

I really like the idea that Khal floated during last AMA and many other AMAs before. It is about creating a personal brand.

Engaging with others and posting certain type of content will create a personal brand on $HIVE. People recognize the user name and the type of content you post in the ecosystem. For example, I associated Dalz with Hive data and bitcoinflood with crypto news and analysis.

It means user names have personal brand on $HIVE and $LEOverse. Creating that brand is crucial in getting upvotes.

Having said that, one should not sweat to rush and create a niche out of nothing. It is a natural process and depends on what you like to talk about and how you do it.

Many users have flourished on micro blogging. They are new accounts and climbed up the recognition ladder pretty quick on threads. They would never get that recognition of they had to go through the same hierarchical process on $HIVE.
