Check out cinnamon for blood sugar levels, plus it's a natural sweetener. Sorry to hear that your health needs addressing - happens to the best of us! The remedy - or at least what will help you - doesn't sound so bad. The sweet cravings go away and you'll feel better walking every day too xx MAybe you'll just be more efficient with the blogging time you set aside.

Thank you, River! Yes, I have been told that cinnamon is good and I use it frequently, but now I will do it more.
