To make any decision, you have to know where you are. That's why you need to check out how you are doing. When you do a job in your office, your upper management wants to your progress. They want to see a report about it. If you cannot give a report, they cannot see how you are doing. So you need to do everything in a systematic way so that you can make a report quickly.

I wish I could control my time and could create a nice time framing for myself. Still struggling with time management. :(

To maintain productivity and to utilize time properly, time management/ time frame is very important. Hopefully one day I will be able to maintain my time...

We all have the same 24 hours a day. People who are good at time management, they can accomplish more things. Whatever you want to do, you have to do it in 24 hours, you cannot extend it. Thank you @priyanarc for your comment!
