My maternal uncle lives in the USA but when he visits Pakistan he always consumes mineral water from good brands even though in our part of the country the water is very hygienic and pure still he is very careful with which water to consume cause he fears stomach issues if he do not consume mineral water.

I can feel you many of my relatives do the same, they used to carry water with them. they are afraid of a lot of things.
