Well, not really. COCO is initially offered and still traded on steem-engine - so it's traded against STEEM. But a share of STEEM is converted into HIVE to support CO2 Compensators on both blockchains. So in addition COCO is 'covered' by STEEM and HIVE. I also try to make COCO tradable on hive-engine too.
But you are right - facts about handling STEEM/HIVE should be included. It's on my 2do-list.
