How to keep your community engaged after mint

Community is a large number of people doing things with a common interests either for profit making or social interactions, it can be a maximum of two people, and what makes it grow when a community is made up with just two people is what I want to through more light on right now.

Because, after listening to the vitals contributions of the host of the show, Breads, and some others importance personalities that speaks and contribute enormously in the agenda, I see some vitals points which I think we should take note of and also, I want to makes my own contribution on the topic.

How to keep your community engaged after mint Giving of attention is something I will never forget to through more light and to expansiate, I have noticed that, people like it so much when they feel welcome, it might not really means they created the project, but making them feels that their attention is needed is a very important instrument that can used to make a community to stay engaging.

A "Thank you's", are a great instrument also, because when someone received a thank you for something he has done, maybe he was not keeping up to date with that project, that two letters words alone can change his intentionality. I have a light situation to add up here that could go along with this suggestion, There was this time, I noticed that the purse of a man containing some amount money of has slipped out of his luggages, I guess he was traveling to somewhere, so insde the luggages a purse going slip out, I called his attention and he took it.

He was saying thank you for more than seven times, and he embrace me, that alone was enough for me, although he wants me to have some money, I didn't need it, because I see how he value what I did, and the ways he said those words up to that numbers, maybe the money was all he travels with.

Thereafter, I will strongly support the point that was made, concerning the aspects of reaching out to member's, be it new or old members once in a while, because most of us, we found ourselves in a tedious schedule where we have to select what we have to do on each day, then, on the process of reaching out to member's of follows our community, through emails or whatever means we finds is best for us, we will make each members to be updated about our programs in the community, and it will empowers an engaging community at large.

Therefore, the reasons i believe, it is good to sent periodical messages to member's informing about the updates that is on going in the community, is because, for those member's of the community, whose time's may not permit them to torchlight all their duty's in a day, an incoming message can as well change their minds to fixed in a duty which he see will be better for that day, and this can be so, when he has read what the community is about to do and he likes it and want to be a part, then take it this way, without this periodically message, he wouldn't knew it, because his schedule itself was too much for him to care for in a day.

From the experience I had, I know the way an incoming message make me feels, I will make sure to see what is written in the message, so that I will be certain if it's really worth me to change my schedule and fixed it in.
