Hive Town Hall episode 3: rewards pool distribution

The rewards pool distribution on the block chain is a matter of concern to everyone, on this show, a lot of hivers were attending live on X space and so many contributions were made towards how the rewards pool should be distributed on hive as a community, so that everyone is carried along.

Hosting shows on X has helped expands Hive more and reach so many people's of interest, now back to the main topic, which is how rewards should be distributed on hive, to suits all contents creators and not leaving anyone behind.

Rewards on Hive are done in a way that it enable the users to feel encourage and keep on making good contents on the chain, because it wouldn't be nice when contents that deserves support are left behind, it's going to make the contents creators to feel not belongings and at the largest extent, it will make those who can't find a token on their blog posts to feel they are not regarded as a member of the chain.

Therefore, for not letting something of this nature to happens, there arise a need for interactions between members of the community which all hivers are allowed to participate and make their contributions.

What will happened when distribution of rewards stop, a lot of hivers would consider that to be a nightmare, rewards on the chain makes contents creators to feel delighted that they are doing something that is their passion and at the same time, they are earning some rewards, I have read posts about so many contents creators on the chain, that has spoken about how Hive has help their lives from nothing to something and mostly while still learning so many ways of doing new thing's.

Along the road, when we have published a post, and comments start coming in, during the times of replying to those comments, we forget about rewards and feel encourage, contents creators tends to be happy that people finds their post useful.

Thereafter, when a user engaged so well on the block chain, he will see rewards keep flowing. Votes or downvotes is as a result of efforts a contents deserve, because no curators on the chain look for contents that do not deserve curation.

A community member do not like it when he sees a downvotes running through his post, but it does happened, and some reasons why we see something of that nature on the chain is because the user is found copying, not properly source of image and so many ways of getting oneself to be downvote.

But for the community to be going forward, there should a proper way of rewards distribution, so that everyone feels delighted and it doesn't tarnished originality which something we mostly talks about on web3 and hive.

I will contribute that when a contents deserve rewards it should be curated because most time's, it keep the contents creators seeing theirself on a better position.
