This article has been deleted since HiveWatchers haven't offered a reasonable justification for their downvote. Offering the source for this article doesn't mean that the article was taken entirely from that site. It means that the site was offered by me as a source supporting ideas from this content.

My wife was angry at me one day after asking me how I tackle school, work, examinations, and family. I told her that I essentially meditated my way between tasks. Kids crying, work calling, and the needs of my inlaws posed little deterrence when I had to get my tasks done. I told her I separated my family from the task, completed the task, and then returned to my IRL world. She assumed that I didn't give a crap about anyone in pursuit of getting my done. On the contrary, I did it because I cared so much.

Now that she's going to school, she has a better understanding. Like anything else with life, however, the understanding only comes with experience and time. I've got my wife and kids doing breathing exercises throughout the day. They hated me for it first, but they're tolerant of it now. In time, maybe they'll appreciate it. I'm stubborn that way.

I learned about meditation when I took martial arts as a youngling. I feel I became better at it during Vulcan Death Watches on a submarine.

Thanks again for the refreshing article.

Wwow!

I think you did a great job to guide them into breathing practice. Breathing is an important part of meditation, mindfulness, and exceptionally useful for the brain, heart, and cells.

I also learn my first meditation exercises back in 1993-4 when I started Kyokushin.

Excellent story of intentional dissociation from the environment to come back to self and setting the intention for attention and refocusing.
Well done! You have a powerful mindset!

I have heard a lot of medication but I haven't gotten around to the actual thing even for once in my entire life

I watch the buddha do it a lot on TV, mostly movie scenes though, and I thought maybe it more of a spiritual thing than a physical one

However today, you are saying I need it more, and I must say, I need to start getting around to doing it.....finally

In order to improve my social lifestyles, and to access the physical, and medical benefits, I will go for it

Thank you for bringing this up....I appreciate.

Thank you for coming by and reading... there are different ways to engage in meditation and I would suggest the guided meditations for beginning. I love them.., when properly done.

I'd like to comment on meditation and how it is left to the experimenter to conduct his own own experiences on his mind and spiritual balance.

  • 1st : it's one of the oldest practices in history from buddhism to hindu even in the old egyptien times.
they were all meditating somehow with their ways and methods, maybe inducing a force stimilus of some kind

  • 2nd: all of the world religions are following a meditative pattern in praying, so praying is actually a disciplined meditation for attracting a mastery form of energy. also could be identified as universal guidance of signs that can set clarity in your path.

So, @regenerette why most spiritual teachers and gurus avoid giving their unique ways in practicing meditataion ? if so, could it or could it be not a moulded practice?

Some may not have the proper feet for taking the same path or not have a wider perspective. To each ts own and everybody will form their own meditation ways.

Our comment left underneath is self-evident and shows the source of the stolen content.

I will remove the blacklist just as a courtesy for the certain user that vouched for you to make sure that you will not steal again.

The next time it will be permanent though.

You were already stealing using your other content (long before being phished):
https://peakd.com/hive-160446/@regeneretta/just-read-this

And now you continued caught stealing content on mass and publishing as your own.
You were caught with plagiarism in multiple posts (spinning/rewriting to avoid detection) just in the last week alone.
Just because we only commented on few posts from last week, does not mean that there are only these.
The whole blog is one mass theft of content. We investigated it thoroughly.

You never provided the source of your spun/rewriting (it is all shown on the blockchain). Even if you did, that would either be an attempt to copy-paste or plagiarism (as you did not get permission to use this original author's/website copyrighted content).

You claim that you forgot the sources.
Someone can "forget" the source once. Not a flood of "forgetfulness" dozens of times.
