Voucher Token Price, Use case and my Strategy

There are multiple tokens in the game ecosystem and these tokens have got different use case as well so we need to understand this part well to plan things accordingly. If you talk about voucher tokens then it is highly undervalued I believe however a proper use case is also missing that you may highlight. This is the token which was launched when the Chaos Legion packs were announced and that was the best time for this token because the price was very high and later it never happened.

Voucher is Good to hold

This token is tradable in the market so if you are earning through the SPS holding then I believe it is worth to hold it for the long term and wait for some promotional event in the game. There have been multiple events in the past when the use of voucher was very helpful. I earn this token through my holding and I also purchased from the market when the price was low however I was not expecting that it will go further down so I am still holding whatever I purchased. There is no point selling the token when the price is low and this is why I believe holding can be the best strategy as of now. I have been holding the token for quite some time and even accumulate whatever I get through my holding which is generated as part of the reward.

The Use case in Promotions

This token has always been provided an option to avail the discount on promotional cards and I expect that this will continue to happen in future as well. You never know if some fantastic use cases provided to this token in the game then the value will spike for sure. The current price is pretty low if you look in the market and at this range I don't think it's a good idea to sell off rather holding can be even more profitable but again it might take some long time.

Voucher Price

The price chart below shows that the current price market is in downtrend and it keep on dropping because a lot of people are selling the token. I believe it's because everyone is considering the token as free money and they are trying to book the profit as they do not expect any better use case however this might not be the situation for long. If the team is able to add a good use case for the token then for sure the price will be good but we need to wait for the time when there is some good announcement for the voucher token.

Here is the trade history and you can see that everyone is selling. Although it is not a financial advice but I believe there is something we need to understand in the crypto market is that when everyone is selling something then try to buy provided the project is strong. I don't think I need to mention it here that splinterlands is a reliable and solid project so there is nothing to worry about and considering this, There can be a good buying opportunity for the long term and keep on holding till the time there is some significant profit on the investment. it's like boy when everyone is selling and sell when everyone is buying. This is a rule in the market and if you play it well then you also have the probability to earn a significant returns on the investment however this is not a financial advice because things can go other way round sometimes.

My Holding and Strategy

This is my current holding and my tokens are held in different places including the game and the marketplace but I have no plan to sell out because the price is not good rather I will prefer to use in the game when I buy something. I get voucher every day through my SPS holding and I have used a good balance in the past to avail some discount on the buying during the promotional events. I think it can be great if the team adds an option to use voucher on the normal buying using the voucher but I do not think it is practical to be honest. I expect some interesting use case for the token and if that happens then be ready to see some fantastic price increase so it depends upon team that what they are planning for the voucher token. I will continue to hold and accumulate whatever tokens I get through the reward and this is going to be my strategy for now unless there is some change in the token economy.

So let's see how things will be for the voucher tokens in the coming months in the market as well as in the game. Now since the price is low so I will see if I get some extra funds to put on this token to buy a bigger chunk and maybe later it can bring some better profitability as well.
