Travel and Holiday plan for this Summer

I like travelling and I think everyone likes to enjoy holidays a few times a year. I have been following a schedule since my marriage that twice a year we have been going for holidays. This continued until the COVID pandemic did not hit us, but things changed for me after that. It was the time when people stopped going outside and travel was risky so I also changed my travel habit. Then I had a baby and for that, I had to stay at home for a year following the doctor's advice. Now my son is 1+ years old and it's not easy to travel as I need to carry him. I have done some travel trips but these are not for a long time instead I did it just for the weekend getaways because of my reasons.

I believe we all should travel as much as possible because it gives us a different experience and we explore a lot in life. Now because travel is fun, we also need money to spend because without money we cannot travel and there has to be a budget for travelling and planning for the holidays. A budget is certainly required for any travel trip and I am hoping that this year 2024 is going to be better for me as compared to the last few years. I have a plan that I will be going on a travel trip which will be for three to four days at least in May or June. I have decided on a budget for what I will be spending on this travel and it is going to be 50K INR.

This travel trip is going to be domestic only so I think this amount is good enough to cover all the costs of travel and accommodation along with some sort of shopping. However, till now, the place has not been decided because I think there is enough time to decide where we want to go, and wherever we go this fund should be enough. If needed I can add up about 10 to 20% more on this budget but I will try to manage it all within this budget if possible. I am someone who does not try to increase the budget for no reason but I am also flexible at the same time because sometimes a little flexibility on the budget can give us better experiences. For example, I prefer staying at the property which is good and shouldn't be less than four or five stars. Visiting different places is also a requirement and I try to visit many places in the time whatever is planned for the trip I do not care for the budget because it is already part of my plan so I am free to spend whatever is needed.

I have shortlisted some of the places in India but not sure which one to finalize and go for I believe in the next month I should be in the position to say that here's the place has been finalized. Also, the budget is not yet completed so will require a couple of months to keep that funds aside and I hope that this should be done by April. Anyway, the tree volume planning is going to be at the end of May or mid-June month so there is plenty of time to plan things and arrange the funds for this travel trip.
