Plan & Strategy to grow SPS Holding in Splinterlands

Splinterland is a fantastic game in my opinion and I'm glad that I'm part of this game as a player. I know that this is a play to earn a game but for me it is most of the entertainment and fun that I get through the battles which I enjoy a lot. It is good that game is so much fun and the team keeps on bringing something new to keep the excitement on for the community. Multiple things can be accumulated for an even better gaming experience so it is important for us as a player to keep on upgrading the game account in the form of buying more cards or more token accumulation. For example, this is a good time For us to accumulate more tokens and buy from the market because I believe the current price is the lowest ever we have seen for SPS.

Maybe this price appreciate in the coming days or maybe it goes down because nobody can predict the market. There are some assumptions based on the historical performance and trend analysis but it is not true that it will follow the same every time. Now since the current price is very low so I believe anyone who is trying to be part of the game can accumulate a good number of SPS tokens because this is going to be a game changer in the entire game. It is going to replace the collection power and probably in the next quarter we are going to have this update going live then just imagine what kind of demand we will see for sps in the market.

My SPS Strategy

I had sps gold to make it 30K in total when there was no need for sps in the game. Now since the game is going to implement the change and as part of the change we will have to keep SPS in the locked firm to play in different leagues based on eligibility. So now it is the time when I need to push myself and increase my goal for sure so my strategy is going to be that I will continue to increase my holding unless I reach where I want to be. I want to play in Gold League and for that, I require approximately 58K SPS tokens in my account. I have already achieved my target of 30K SPS but after the change announcement I have changed my strategy and now trying to increase my holding even more and reach my next goal as soon as possible. I know that it might take some time but when I look at the price in the market it seems that things are going to be done faster. Now since the market is going differently so I believe rather than buying now it is the right approach to wait for some time and see how it reacts because may be the case that I can get even more discounted sps tokens in this market turbulence.

SPS is Important in-game

We know that SPS is the governance token of the game which means we are going to see a lot of use cases in the ecosystem. The delegation option is already enabled and I believe maybe in the future there will be an option to lease the SPS power and maybe there would be a market for the same. Somewhere it's going to be the same as Hive power in that we can either ask for delegation or lease delegation so whoever has more SPS can earn some reward. Maybe the case that we can get some sort of reward for providing the delegation of this PS power but I am not sure if this is going to happen however I believe this should happen to increase demand because many people might invest in SPS just to earn some rewards because they may not be players. Not everyone wants to play the game but many of us try to be part of the project by investing and this is why the SPS delegation market can be a good option for the community.

SPS APR Reduced

When we deposit the SPS token in the game then we earn a reward which used to be more than 20% for quite some time however it is not reduced and currently less than 19%. Usually, the apr drops when more people deposit their tokens so this decline can be a result of increasing the overall stake for sps in the game and if this continues then probably we are going to see more drop in this percentage. Now since it is a requirement that we need to keep the token in the game account which is not implemented as of now but it will be which is already announced so any percentage will be ok for us because this is needed for us to play in the game.

So let's see how things turn out to be on the game with SPS and what price we are going to see for SPS in the market. Maybe it goes to 1 cent and maybe not But at this point, the right approach would be to keep a watch on the market price because if things shake further then the turbulence will hit the price even more so a $0.1 sps price might be a possibility.
