Long Term Approach in Crypto Since the Beginning

I always believed that when we think about creating something big then it requires a long-term strategy in place. Nothing happens over the night and if something happens then for sure it is a miracle but in our real life very few people get this type of opportunity that can be called a miracle. I don't believe in miracles because they never happened to me in my life hence my preference is always to plan things for the long term and give it whatever time is required with focus and dedication.

My crypto journey started in the year 2019 and now in this year 2013 I have completed four years but I'm sure that this is going to be a journey of completing many more years. In India now a lot of people are aware of cryptocurrencies because of social media and news campaigns but at that time the scenario was not like this. People used to consider Crypto as an illegal market and were trying to stay away from this but now when the value has been significant in the past the thought process has changed for the majority of people. At least the majority of people are now aware of it and they know that it is not illegal which I think is a good achievement for the Crypto community in India.

Long Term makes a difference

I have completed four years in the Crypto market and even now the majority of Crypto holding is in the form of hive tokens. With Hive, my plan is completely different unlike any other crypto because I am trying to build my account with more Hive power. I have been building the same for the last four years and will continue to do the same in the coming years as well. I invested in some coins during the Covid time and It was a good decision for me that landed me a nice profit on my investment. I also invested a good amount on a high platform and even now I am following the same but my goal remains the same. I believe that with Hive things are going to be amazing in the coming years and for that bright future I am investing time now.

Sometimes we lose a small opportunity to grab something big and I have done the same because I did not sell when the price was very high. After all, this could have diverted my focus from the building to the hive and this is the region where I choose not to be part of booking profit by selling the hive in the market. I have over 20k HP in my account and my goal is to make it 25k HP by the end of the year. This is not easy and I agree that it will take some time but I am not in a hurry and I am ready to give whatever it takes to be there with dedication and commitment. if in case I'm not able to achieve it by the year's end then also I will continue to chase the same goal next year.

Disciplined Investing

It's very important to follow the discipline of investment and I have been doing the same for the last two years. As I believe that diversification is important and as part of that I have been investing in the splinterlands game and Bitcoin. I don't do power down but some HBD I used to invest in the splinterlands game. I have been buying different assets in the game including SPS through my HBD earning and did some little power down to buy more assets. Currently, my game account value is not so high and it is because the market is low but I'm happy that I am holding multiple assets in the game including the lands and a bunch of SPS tokens. I follow the disciplined approach with my investment in the game and will continue to do the same because it is another way through which I am trying to grow my gaming portfolio.

I will not be doing any power down for further investment in the game but my hbd earning will be used for additional investment in the game as well as some other coins in the market to keep my portfolio diversified. I do not know the percentage of allocation across the assets but still, I know that the majority of my crypto holding remains in the form of hive power. HP is the best way of passive income and it's my priority before any other investment in the crypto space.
