Its our Earth and we need to be Considerate

Earth, planet Earth. It's our world and we need to be careful for Mother Earth. There are many reasons why we should be considerate about Earth. Already a lot of damage has been done in the name of modernisation and infrastructure development. We can see high-rise buildings and a lot of electrical equipment in different places which is not good for the Earth. People cut the trees and do not plant new trees which is affecting the health of Earth. We are going away from nature and just trying to be more advanced and we want to be surrounded by so much electrical and electronic equipment but this is not right for us.

The increase in population is also the reason for making our planet whatever it is today. They are also not very serious about it but this should not be the case. People use air conditioning at home in summer for a longer time but this is not good for the planet. These are the sum of the examples I have shared but if I need to list it down the list is going to be too long. Since last decades we have seen that the rainy season is not right and also the temperature in summer weather is too high. It is like something is not in balance and it is not good for humans. When it is summer the temperature is more than 40 degrees and when it is raining then it rains a lot which brings a similar situation. So what should be the solution to all these problems?

I think the problem is that we are not caring for the earth and we are taking planet Earth for granted. I do agree that citizens do not care much about it but sadly the government is also not taking such initiatives. In India, many cities are at the age of water loss which means they hardly have any water left underground. Whatever is left is also not good for drinking and this problem is increasing year on year. Also during the summer weather, we can see a lot of such updates where people in cities are struggling with the water supply. It can be because the government has got limited resources to fulfil the water demand and it's all happening because of the disbalance with planet Earth.

We need to be considerate of our planet and we should plant more trees. Earth should be green and for that, we need to have as many trees as possible. We also need to avoid cutting the trees so that the damage can be recovered in less time. A tree takes a couple of years for its growth and then it can contribute to making the earth a better place but because the damage has been done in a big way we need even more trees and many other initiatives are also helpful. Rainwater harvesting is another reason why it is needed because people take the water from the ground but they do not give anything back. With rainwater harvesting, we can think of it and it's like whatever we are using is going back to nature which will come back for us again. Unfortunately, the majority of people are not following this and this is the sad part of this story. Garbage management is another bigger problem and this should also be addressed by the people and the government collectively.

I am a responsible citizen and I do my best to contribute to a better planet. I segregate the garbage in dry and wet because this is the right way. I also never cut any trees around my house. I am also not going to do it ever in my life and even I planted some trees a few years back which are much grown now but they are in my native place. My native place is my parent's house I visit a few times a year. There are many things that we as a citizen can also do and we just can't depend on the government for everything so if we can do some good things then this situation can improved. Let's come forward and do whatever is needed to make this earth a better place like before so that our next generation doesn't need to struggle with this.
