I have a friend I love so much. We’re of the same gender and we talk a lot. Suddenly, she started ghosting and only text when she needs help. I still text but she does not really respond
It’s good to check on our loved ones as you have said but what if they are not responding?

Maybe she is upset with something and wants some time alone, or maybe you've hurt her without even knowing it. I know someone like this, he was offended by one of his friend's words and went silent for 2 years without disclosing the reason. Later they became friends again but never said the reason he stopped talking to him back then. Humans are really strange.
