ABOUT DEMOTIVATION

Usually what we see on social media are words of encouragement, that everything is going to be okay and those bad days are just passing days. But the reality is that these bad days exist and instead of looking at them from the side and expecting that they will pass, I think we should look at them as real days, that they are happening and what are the reasons that made us feel that form.

I consider myself a very motivated person and 99% of the time I wake up happy, but that doesn't mean that I don't have bad days, when I feel sad, irritated, unmotivated, tired, with no energy to do anything.

This is to say that today I woke up on a day of maximum apathy and that this week has been zero productive, both in my personal and professional life. I don't feel like cooking, the whole house is still to be cleaned, I haven't done 1 day of physical exercise yet, I'm very sleepy, I can't concentrate to work on the projects I have at hand at Ayurveda level ... In short, I just feel like it lying down watching series or movies or anything that doesn't allow me to make much of an effort.

And everything could be great because apparently, I have no reason to be like that, but the reality is that I am and there is nothing to do about it except to allow this to happen. If I have to cry, I will cry, if I have to kick, I will kick and if I have to stay all week with my tail in bed, I will stay. The important thing here is to understand what is bringing me to this feeling, emotion, state of mind and to deal with these ghosts that sometimes appear and bring messages.

The "it will be all right" can be beautiful and flowery but feeling down is also part! So, my advice in this critical state is: "allow yourself to be as you are and understand where that is coming from".

Well, you said it my friend, there are bad days and they can't be ignored. If venting is good for you, that's fine and sharing it is already a step forward, because that's being brave.

I agree with you, there are days when you don't feel like doing anything, period, that should be respected. Anyway, it's not every day, right? so there's nothing wrong with that. The idea is to confront, not to run away.

Blessing my friend! :)

Hello friend. It's because the less good days that we value so much the good days.
It's the cicle of life, like the waves and tides of the sea.
Have a great day! 👌
