So do you know about the CTPSB token?

When last time I wrote about How to get buy wax using Hive, I promised that I would write in future about the CTPSB project and the CTPSB token. I joined this project in its initial days and at one time I was in the top 10 of the rich list of this project but in the meantime, I was looking to increase my Hive power every month and if I was not able to meet my Hive goals through my curation and authorship then I offload other assets and token to convert to Hive/SWAP.HIVE to powerup. So I used my CTPSB token stash at that time to increase my Hive power, but without any doubt in mind, I can recommend to anyone to buy this token which has an "Ever Climbing Graph"

What is CTPSB project.

Before we go more on the "Ever Climbing Graph" graph of the CTPSB token, let's understand the CTPSB project and how it's token setup which in turn will self-explain its "Ever Climbing Graph".

CTPSB project is a community project and the CTPSB token in circulation represents the Hive power of the "ctpsb" account. So CTPSB tokens are backed by "real" HP. Since, if one does not power down, the HP of the account is supposed to increase only with the help of curation + staking APR. Account also generate Hive by its posting activity also, so with time Hive power of the account increases so the underlying assets i.e CTPSB token.
This explains the "Ever Climbing Graph" graph of the token.

How new tokens are minted?

Based on the current Hive power and the token in circulation, Hive Power per CTPSB token is calculated, Account of "lasercity" and puts the new token in sale in Hive-Engine based on the calculated price. Once these tokens are sold, these swap.hive are converted to Hive, and powered up so the token balance or CTPSB price does not get diluted,

How can you be part of the community?

Initially, the CTPSB project was started to support the authors in the "CTP" community but this is no longer the case. Anyone can be part of the community and can be supported based on their ranking which comprises of Author's post quality, author interaction with the ctpsb posts, CTPSB token held, and NFT held in the wax wallet. Follow the ctpsb account to keep yourself updated with all the news and challenges.
You can buy CTPSB tokens, wax nfts and delegate to the ctpsb account to support the project.

Thanks a lot for this great presentation of the CTPSB project. What you write is spot on. The only thing that I would add is that compaired to a normal growth of an account, there are some people who delegate HP to the project. They get weekly dividends for it. Thanks to these delegations, the growth of the token value is acutally leveraged by these delegations. That is the reason why the APR of the token is closer to 18% than the 11% that a normal account grows with curation and staking rewards.
