The teaching of today was still emphasising on doing the good works of our father who have called us into the kingdom of light our lifestyle should show that we are The children of God by showing love to our fellow man kind
From the book of Philippians 2:16 I understand that when we follow all this commandments of God will we become blameless before God and we will be perfect if we call ourselves Christians people should be able to see the true character of God in us God is love and we must show love too to be able to be identified as a true child of God and not of the devil
One of the characters of God is true honesty we must be honest in our dealing with man we should not be found wanting it I'm lies over there affairs of life through our lifestyle we can win souls to God because when the people of the world see in us a life that is worth emulating they will be moved to want to join our faith but when our life is not showing what we preach we tend to send people away from the kingdom of God 1 Peter 2:12 tell us that when people see that we are living a good life they will glorify God so let our life be the Bible that people read
Wow I just got an insight now... We know that unbelievers doesn't open the bible to read but when we live according to what is in the Bible the deer our lifestyle there will begin to be a change in the behaviour and before we know it the are converted to our faith so it is very important we live a good life everytime and everywhere we're found
For we are the light the world see so we should not hide that light of God in us through our bad character or bad behaviour but the world should be able to see that light in us and be delivered from the darkness of the devil Matthew 5:15-16 also in Roman 2:23-24 we can actually make people to bless God or curse him through the life that we live let's not do what the false prophets does who will tell people to do what they say and not what they do they preach what is good and do what is bad in the hidden their judgement is of the Lord
We should not also be found with people who do evil the fornicator the idolatrous bible said we should not be equally yoked with unbelievers yes we should love everyone not we should not follow everyone so we won't be partakers of their sin 1 Corinthians 5: 11-13 we can only preach to them pray for them to repent and then life a life the can emulate but we should not be found in the company of people who smoke we might end up being like them remember evil communication corrupts good manners when we win one soul to God there's great joy in heaven so we should be intentional about bringing joy to heaven at all times let our act of love be a vessel that will win so many souls to the kingdom of God when we do all this God will be so much delighted in us we will become wise because the Bible said he that wins a soul is wise Psalm 16:3
IN CONCLUSION
Let us make ourselves worthy to be called the children of God by the way we treat others we should not segregate or choose to love a particular set of people our love should be spread abroad for everyone to see and glorify God
2 Peter 1:19 Let us be the light that shines in the dark when light comes, darkness always disappears so let our lights in our character lubricate our environments and God will not leave us unrewarded.
