Parties are not complete wihtout drinks.

Truth being told, carbonated drinks and packaged juices are equally harmful for health.

You are right, these drinks contains enough substances to damage our health. Moderate intake of these drinks might not be harmful to the body in any way.
Reading about fruit juice reminded me of the days when I was younger and I enjoy my mom's fruit juice and fruit salad almost everyday.

I prefer Yoghurts to taking other packaged beverages.

Yogurts , yummy. We can add our favourite fruit in yogurts and can enjoy all the flavours. A nice and healthy choice. Have a good day friend. !PIZZA
