iHello CCH , When I have to stay over for the weekend, I go to the Alue Awee neighborhood of Lhokseumawe City one night. When I focus on this general area, near the Alue Wonderment area, I often go to the bistro.

Undoubtedly, there are private and public lands nearby, but this location is becoming a focus area for further education. Many young people often visit this bistro in the morning and evening.

They gather at this cafe to chat, get work done, or just relax and spend the afternoon sipping coffee and trying new drinks. It seems more convenient to hang it here since this area of the cafe is open and has no side walls.

The restaurant where students gather is called Culture Espresso. They sell new cocktails apart from Gayo espresso drinks. In addition, they serve a variety of food, including Mie Aceh, meatballs, fried potatoes, and grilled tempeh.

This time I asked for Mie Aceh, a popular dish made in Aceh, especially the yellow flour noodles which are rich in flavor and grilled with local spices. The larger aceh noodles are made from wheat flour and come in 2 different types.

During this time, instant noodles are smaller and have a wavy shape. The taste of these two noodles is the same as Acehnese noodles, even though both have their own characteristics.

Noodles can be made in many ways, and these aceh noodles are made delicious and flavorful with a mixture of shallots, red chilies, garlic, candlenuts, roasted coconut, and various spices. One of the staple menus available in many Acehnese bistros is called Mie Aceh.

Mie Aceh, which is a fine flour noodle with a fragrant coating, is my favorite of the two types of noodles. Fill these noodles with a cold drink, such as a tart or sweet syrup, to enjoy while they are still warm.

Hope you guys enjoy my story today. I appreciate you reading and considering supporting me.
