Happy Monday dear friends of the Plant Power Vegan community, here @sirenahippie. Today we return with a new edition of our traditional curatorship: MEATLESS MONDAY, a weekly publication, to celebrate and recognize good vegan recipes.

We wanted to emphasize the importance of only using original content. I remind you that we do NOT accept photos or text from third parties, even if they are copyright free. We also remind them of the importance of not including animal products in their recipes, such as butter, eggs, honey, etc., the idea is that they share vegan recipes.

Also, it is important that you use the hashtag #vegan #plant #plantbased. And we invite you to join the curation trail, because every day we try to bring a little love to those valuable posts that are on the platform, no matter if they are not about food, it can be any other content, except those topics that oppose veganism.

Although it is true, almost all the recipes were very good; today, like every Monday, we have chosen six of them, which we consider worthy of mention and recognition; however, in our community's other vegan content curation, VEGAN LOVE TO US, THE BEST OF THE WEEK and THE BEST VEGAN LION, we'll highlight other great 100% vegan recipes.

We started this travel with a delicious pasta dish with garlic scape and basil pesto. We continue with some delicious bites of coconut milk pudding with mango, and then delight ourselves with some crunchy vegan croquettes. Then we will eat a delicious cake filled with sweet banana, to later eat an interesting and exquisite plate of breadfruit melluma and finish with a comforting mung bean soup with carrots and potatoes. Let's travel the world with this delicious vegan gastronomic route!

This week @hive.samadi introduced us to a traditional recipe from his country: A breadfruit melluma, which is scrumptious. She tells us that even though it is difficult and expensive to acquire this fruit, she likes it a lot and prepares it in various ways, one of which is breadfruit melluma. Grains are a fundamental part of the human diet, especially the vegan diet, and one of the ways to make the most of their nutrients (proteins, vitamins, and minerals) is by combining them with a carbohydrate, such as rice, and even tubers, such as potatoes and carrots. And a recipe for a very noble grain, mung beans or Chinese beans with potatoes and carrots, accompanied by white rice, was what @anacarolina2022 presented us this week.
